12% ABSD will be payable if you currently own a residential property in Singapore and you intend to purchase a second residential property under your name.

Perhaps I can work out a taxing savings plan. Your current property is a HDB or private? Single or two names?

Hi ther, yes you would need to pay for additional 12% absd if you are purchasing second property under your name. Hi,

1) Yes, a Singaporean is subject to 12% ABSD for a 2nd residential property, and 15% for the 3rd residential property.
2) Only industrial and commercial property is exempted from any ABSD for any national.
