Hi, appreciate the help/advice in advance.
I’m looking to sell a landed property(Terrace) at Serangoon Gardens that I am currently residing in.
But before so, I need to understand a few things.
1. The property was partially paid using my parents’ CPF and cash instalment/bank loan. So how much would they have to repay back into their CPF after selling the property?
My parents are both above 55 years old.
2. We would like to know a estimate of the property value that I’ve mentioned, is there somewhere we could get a value estimate without any fees incurred? Just to know the market price right now.
3. We are looking to purchase a resale of HDB flat after selling this property. Will there be any concerns?
4. If possible, we would love to find a agent that is responsible and be able to help us with our concerns.
5. There are many questions that we would love to ask, but it would be easier if we spoke through the phone or something.
