Hi, Among Livia, NV and Palette, it's quite obvious that Palette has the best facilities and nearest to the MRT. That being said, the next 2 plots of land may be even nicer though one plot has a weird L shape. Is it worth to wait for these as they may be cheaper since economic outlook is not good?
My fren paid 1.05M for 3+S for Palette 1163 SqFt. 905psf isn't it too costly for Pasir Ris. That makes Parc Centros more worthy since it will enjoy the upsides of Pungol21+ developments? Pls advise your view.
