Waterbank is great place. My friend lives there at stack 31 and we have basketball session, leisure swimming, bbqs there ever since he moved in there 2 months ago. Furnishings not premium and bathroom design not very luxurious but location is great with good food center. You need a serious negotiator with you on this purchase because many sellers are pretty optimistic there. Then again, if you are looking to possibly stay there, its a great place. Hi Ms SRS Waterbank @ Dakota is definitely a good investment as it is a City Fringe district with just mins to Suntec and CBD area. What's more, Dakota mrt is just beside the condo which means capital appreciation is already in place when you sell it in the near future.
