Afternoon,

You are definitely eligible to purchase resale HDB unit under non-citizen spouse scheme. However, you will have to meet the income requirement. Given the note that you will be working overseas, you will be required to fulfill the MOP requirement of 5 years. Therefore, you might have to keep your unit empty for a few years as HDB will only allow you to rent out your unit for max of 3 years.
