Dear sir/madam,

How much are you looking to rent then? Given that majority of tenants profile in Sengkang and Punggol estate are PRC and Indians, with next big group to be Filippinos. Perhaps let's put it this way, the current HDB resale or rental market is a scenario where it is the buyers and tenants who are the choosing party and seller and landlord can only wait for the offer. If seller and landlord are not in urgent need of the money, waiting perhaps is the right thing to do and leave the unit vacant.
