Hi all

we are Singaporeans.

I need your help to solve some doubts about buying new freehold condo as the below:

1> we hv bought new fh condo ( in fact, it is not really bought, just we got the chance to secure one when balloting, we have not signed any OTP,what ever documents are), do we have the chance to give up it cos our cashflow is quite tight at this moment after we re-caculate our capital ;

2>if we do not take this opportunity, shall the developer or agency will give us a fine? (so called ' penalty'? )

3> if we will have to bear this kind of penalty, so how much shall we pay to the developer or agency?

many thanks,
Tanya
