Hi all,
need your feedback. im gg to sign a 2 yr contract with a direct landlord. in the contract its stated that if i breach the contract by early termination or breach of rules i will forfiet my 2 month deposit. but what happens if landlord say comes back in 1 yr saying he wants the flat back> is there any recourse for me?
