Hi,

1) Yes, resale EC that had met MOP is eligible for all SC and SPR.
2) There are no HDB eligibility schemes that you need to follow in order for the purchase.
3) It is treated the same as any private residential property to all SC and SPR.
4) It is advisable to look for those newly MOP EC as the facilities and units are in better condition.
5) Not only you could spend less on the reno, you could also gain higher capital appreciation compared to the older ones.
