Hi All, I am looking to buy a second property for investment. I am looking at a price range of $900K. Any good recommendations?

Hi Joe

I have a 2 bedroom unit at Lakepoint Condo. It is 7 mins walk from Lakeside mrt and 5 mins drive to Jurong Point. Size is 1033 sqft and asking is 900k.

Most will say go Central or Near-central.
There is a "central" in the East with many upcoming developments
1) SUTD
2) Changi Business Park
3) Airport Jewel
4) East Coast Park
5) Reputable Schools, JC
6) Right beside MRT
