Hi All I am eager to sell my current 5 room HDB flat at 989B, Jurong West St93, I will pay my seller' agent 1% comm, I am also prepare to pay buyer agent's max 0.5% comm if you can swing your buyer to view my flat and get it closed.I can be contacted to discuss further. Thanks
