Ivan has drawn out the estimated financial outlay required in the investments, I am definitely interested to know why are you considering investing only in Sentosa Cove or Orchard location, since rental returns are definitely at almost all time low if not lowest while the monthly mortgage commitments required for the purchase will probably be way upwards from the rental returns, which does not make sense on the investments perspective. It is definitely interesting to find out what your perspectives are since there are many Singaporeans who are investing their money into the US market like the oil boom town in North Dakota for example, and you are coming the opposite direction.
