Hi all, i am a co owner of a HDB flat, and plan to buy a new BTO, under the owner-occupier scheme, upon selling the flat, any net proceeds for the occupant does he/she needs to plough back minimally half for the new BTO flat if we are going for HDB loan again? or the occupant is allowed to keep his/her net proceeds given that onus is on the owner? Thank you.
