Please share more details on your current state other than knowing that you are 21 years old, legal age to own a private property.

If a mortgage loan is required, banks will require you to submit your income documents to assess on your loan eligibility. On top of that, you will also be required to prepare 25% downpayment for the purchase if you are eligible for maximum 75% loan. Should you not require any form of loan, the whole process will be more straightforward.

HI,

Being 21 which is the legal age is just one of the many factor to consider.
If you require a mortgage, then the bank will look at your current income to determine the loan which is only max 75%. The remaining 25% can be cash or CPF (5% must be cash).
There are also other admin fee such as legal fee.

Thus, we will need to really have a good planning to determine what is the best option for you.
