Hi all, first time private property investor (Singaporean) seeking advice on property investment in SG:
- Am looking to purchase a 1 bedroom condo for investment, budget around 1mil. (no hdb loan so up to 80% LTV)
- Interested in districts like D15/16 as well as central locations D'leedon new launch at D10.
- Investment Objectives in terms of priority is to: 1) hold for capital appreciation (upon top) and 2) rental yield. Therefore, location and rental demand are key considerations towards purchase.
Would appreciate advice on:
1) Available options on investment
2) Is this the right time to invest in private property in Singapore?
