Hi All, can anyone advise that if I can still own the EC(TOP 2013) if I divorce with my husband with sole custody of my daughter? As for the Loan can withdraw his name and I become the sole owner of the upcoming EC? We bought it last year...pls advise

Morning,

You have purchased an EC which TOP in 2013, which means that it's currently under HDB ruling. You will need to contact HDB and work on the possibility of changing ownership status from Husband and Wife in Public scheme to Divorced parent with child's custody. You also need to worry about your loan ability. If you are not able to substation the mortgage, there's also no game to play on.
