Hi agents,is it better to sell my flat after the opening of JEM (MAY 13) and Westgate(DEC 13) and Ng Teng Fong hosp (2014) due to higher valuation report for my 4NG unit in st21? Thanks in advance.

Afternoon,

With the completion of the malls and amenities, plus the payment of lift upgrading and HIP, the valuation for units along Jurong East St 21 will definitely appreciate. That's also one of the reasons why I moved to that area. However, it would depend on what you are looking at ultimately.
