Current units in the marketing are calling between $420k to $500k. The last transaction recorded was in Blk 211 for a transacted price of $457k. As Jurong Gateway opens up and the phenomenal development of Jurong Lake district, its potential for growth are looking good.

Afternoon Eric,

Valuation for 4NG within Jurong East St 21 is around $410k to $40k with possible COV asking of around $30k to $60k. The affected factors could be dependent on the HIP / LUP billing, level, which cluster your unit is on, condition and facing.
The current work on JEM, Westgate, Hospital, and possible upcoming bus-innterchange will definitely have good impact on the properties in the cluster.
