Currently there is still quite good demand in Jurong but I have to be honest with you that COV has dropped in all areas of Singapore. So in order to get a sale through, the listing of the price is very important. Of course there are some tactics in doing that.
If your MOP is fulfilled in September, then now will be a good time to meet up with the agents and appoint an agent to help you with the sale. After that, then we can start doing the administrative stuff such as the sale proceeds calculations and resale checklist, etc.
