The current valuation for 3 room unit of 74sqm is around $540k with asking of around $60k COV. Valuation for 90sqm unit is around $615k with COV asking of around $55k to $85k.

Hi Omar,

Have you done your calculations on your sales proceeds to derive that you are only comfortable to give 1% as the commissions for assisting you in the sales?

Taking into consideration that we, salesperson need to incur marketing costs, petrol and time in order to reach out to potential buyers, by charging you 1% will erode our margin to get the job done.

Bear in mind that as a full time salesperson, we are 100% dependant on this job to bring the bread back to our family therefore in compromising our income to assist you in achieving a good selling price, do you think that it will be fair to us?

Perhaps there maybe salesperson who are willing to assist you at the rate you have quoted since this income may be an additional source of income to them, and if this is so, engaging someone to assist you in such a scenario, would you think that there will be focus on this transaction?
