hi, After 4 years of good tenancy in a condo, I will be moving in my own place which has been recently TOP. In my tenancy agreement, it says that 'early termination is allowed with no penalty incurred, as long as I give one month notice'. My rent is due on the 25th of each month. Do I need to wait for a 25th of a month to give the notice? or can i give the notice at anytime, as long as it is one month notice. I have done the latter but the landlord disagree. He says i have to wait for 25th of the month before i can give the notice. however, it is not specified in the Tenancy agreement.
