Hi Mrs Teoh,

Do you have any preference in terms of lifestyle? For example you will need to be near a beach or something like that?

There are plenty of options and units available here in Singapore for your choice but first thing is to narrow down based on your needs and wants. I have been working primarily in the eastern sectors of Singapore having been living in the east most of my life and am therefore very familiar with the location. I have also previously worked in Changi Business Park (near the airport).

East Coast is a great place to stay. There is Singapore's best known beach filled with activities and eateries and shopping malls. Never get bored in East Coast!
Depending on what sort of apartment you are looking for, Per Square Foot is averaged at $1400psf, which means a 2 bedroom of about 800sqft would costs about S$1.12m. (not yet include BSD 3%, ABSD 15% for Foreigners or ABSD 5% for PR)
Properties to look out for in East Coast include One Amber, SilverSea, Laguna, Suites @ East coast, etc.
Another choice i would recommend and where I lived for more than 15 years and still loving it is Pasir Ris. Like East Coast, there is the beach, great eateries, shopping malls.
Pasir Ris is nearer to Changi Airport (10 mins drive) than from East Coast (20mins) though not much. PSF is averaging at $1000psf. Apartments to look out for are Seastrand, Oasis, Loyang Gardens, EastVale, NV, Livia, etc.
