Hey Gurus, is the resale market really that bad? I mean my unit is in the market since Oct and with close to 20 viewing, none offered a single cent! This week not a single viewing and i have already sign an exclusive. I dont ask for ridiculous pricing as i know its a buyers market now. Staying high floor corner unit nicely reno, very close to amenities and MRT. If this continues u think sell at valuation will improve things? Cause in 2 mths time, if theres no offer, we need to re-evaluate again and afraid valuation might be lower this time. What's your thoughts? Thanks!

Afternoon Anonymous, Currently is the low season hence market will be moving slower than before. As for the asking price, it would be more dependent on the market around you, other than your unit's condition and facing. Ethnic and SPR quota might also be the major player. If there are many units of choice within your sector, buyers will have more things to compare from.
