Hey Gurus, I have a unit in Tanglin Halt lease commence on 1971. Purchased in 2004. We are thinking to sell the place after CNY next year. Last transaction for our blk is on July 2012 @ $335,000. Do you think there will be potential buyer for our place since it is already 42 yrs old by the time we intend to sell it next year? Is there buyers out there who are still looking for potential en-bloc units since en-bloc buyers seems to die down a little. I may be wrong. Kindly advice. Thanks!

Afternoon HS,

There are still potential buyers looking for unit within Tanglin Halt area. With the upgrading done and paid, it will be more attractive to PR buyers. As for the chance of enbloc, it's quite unlikely as HDB have spent quite abit of money on the MUP. Unless you are asking for very high pricing, I do not foresee any issues selling your unit.
