Only Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident 21 years of age and above need apply to become an agent. To kick start, our agency prepares for new agents to enrol in our Ultimate Power Selling - UPS Course to understand the basic and general rules of HDB and private property resale, salesmanship skills, law of property, etc.
As a group, we provide you with more real-time experience trainings, OJT, 3rd Party connection sessions.

U either take CES (conducted by SAEA) or CEA (conducted by IEA). If u pass either one, u dont hv to take any exam when the govt introduces new entry requirements (exam course, expected to announce in mid 2010) and all agents must pass the exam before u can practice any agency work. But if u hv CEHA, u dont need to take CES or CEA or the govt exam.
On the corporate level trg, either night (part time) or day (full time) course. There will be a group-level BEST-B course which will impart real experience in the real estate arena, this includes OJT. I would like to meet with you to share more. Do call me now for a chat at
