Help ! My client Zhang got re-entry permit which with IC number ready,and she will take blue IC card on 13/12/2012. her lawyer asked IRAS,IRAS hotline said, Zhang must pay foreigner's ABSD, if she can't show IC copy on exercise date,08/11/2013.
