Hello there, thank you for reading. I wish to write in to HDB to appeal and sell my flat before MOP. The main reason for the appeal is because of my neighbour being unreasonably noisy throughout the day and into the night. I have reached out to the police, wrote to HDB and gone through CMC but noises has not gotten better. I am struggling to have a sound sleep and my daily WFH is very much in annoyance. It is driving my wife and i crazy. It has made us very depress, anxious and quarrel some times. I am thinking to prepare evidences to CDRT. Should i go to CDRT?
How should I approach about writing a convincing letter to HDB? Is there any templates or samples I can refer to? Can anyone help?
