Hello there, Could anyone please explain to me as to what's the meaning of built-in area (specially in the case of a condo)? For example, they always post like 100/110/120/150 sq. m built-in area etc etc but what's the definition of this area? What all does this area cover? Does it include the common corridors,lift, ground floor entrance etc also or is it just the condo/unit area? Please explain. Thanks and regards, Vikas
