1. laws in singapore regarding the transfer of property, buying or selling

There is no restriction to buy or sell or transfer. Certain properties are restricted.

Foreigners has to pay additional buyer stamp duty of 15%.
Normal buyer stamp duty is 3%-5400.

If you own your properties for less than 4 years, you are subject to seller stamp duty. 1st year 16%, 2nd year 12%, 3rd year 8%, 4th year 4%, 5th year 0%.

2. buying or selling or about the taxation or laws relating to buying property in singapore by a foreign national.

As above.

3. Also suggest me which type of property and which location can i buy.

If you want to avoid paying the ABSD of 15%, you can consider investing in commercial properties. This depends on how much the bank can offer.
