Hello, i would like to upgrade from 4rm flat in amk to EM in yishun. My current unit blk 636 , reno and high flr. If i upgrade to yishun EM , how much do i have to pay the difference.

Afternoon Tommy,

The current asking price for EM is around $600k to $650k. While the asking price for your unit is around $480k to $510k. Depending on how much CPF you have in hand, how much loan you can get, the difference may vary. It would be good for us to meet up for discussion to clarify things out.
