you might want to clarify with HDB directly as they usually require spouse to be included into the flat within MOP.

For your case, you purchased the private property before meeting your boyfriend and therefore you should be able to keep your private property. However as his HDB flat is still under MOP, once you are married, both of you are required to physically occupy the HDB flat.
