Hello, I am renting out a HDB common room to a Malaysian couple. Is it mandatory to register both of their names as tenants or can I submit only one of them? The guy mentioned he is already registered to another HDB flat which is shared/sublet to a few people who are unwilling to take over or something. Just like to check if it is legal if I submit only one name. Thank you.
