Hello Gurus,
Please help to understand what's the best way to inform owner that we plan to buy new HDB and hence need to break the contract for current rental.
Also, the contract is made by Propnex how much damage is max chargeble? Is it Security Deposit+Agent commision only? The contract does not mention any clause about damages if the contract is broken voluntarily.
