Hello Gurus- My office is in Beach road- am ok with 30-40 mins of commute time. Given this was looking at Serangoon as a possible location to rent a HDB with the following specifications- 2 bedroom, air-con,semi/fully furnished,> 750 sq ft of area, possibly close to a MTR station.
Can you please let me know on the feasibility/approximate rent of such a HDB? Also, what could be the areas, other than Serangoon, that I could possibly look at (given the commute time I have in mind)? Thank a lot for your help here !
