I've a question regarding equal share value.
In the event of a condominium enbloc whereby all the owners of the units possessed equal share value, will all owners receive equal amount of the enbloc proceeds notwithstanding that there are 2 different sizes of units within the condominium?
If not, how is the enbloc proceeds distributed for condominium with equal share value with 2 different sizes of units ?
