Afternoon Ryan,

You will not receive your COV on the completion. If it's a positive sales, you will receive your sales proceed from HDB on completion date. Your buyer have already paid the deposit, in terms of Option and Exercise Fee. Who will fully pay out the balance before getting the product?

As OTP is a legal binded doc, thus no withdrawal without liability.
2ndly, whether any proceed or COV during completion date. do your sum as follows:
Selling Price - (Total CPF refunded + accrued interest + outstanding loan + deposit ($5,000).
You may know it whether any sale proceed for you. Good luck Read More
