Gurus,my 4 rm flat is located at a good location. After countless views for past 5mths i cannot get a good offer except a few offer below valuation.. 1 is due to MSR unable to secure enough loan.. Will price slide further if i decide to hold?

Afternoon, Depending on your location and unit sizing, the demand might differ. If there are a lot of units up for selection within your area or the unit sizing that you are holding is in huge supply or low demand, the results might continue for awhile.
