Good morning! As long as you can obtain a price that matches valuation, recent past transactions or better it, I guess it's good for you as a seller. I had seen sellers who wait to sell, they will normally miss the boat and the price will start falling. Hope you won't be one of them. If you need any assistance in your property sale, feel free to contact me. Hi, there is a downside trend on the private property and a number of sellers are disposing their units below valuation. So you may wish to hold on or consider renting out then. Regards Aaron 97308455  aaronchong2774@yahoo.com.sg Read More

Hi, there is no right time to sell or right time to buy. It all depends on what's your direction in terms of property investment or which direction you are looking at? To upgrade to a bigger unit or downgrade to cash out? Or cash out and use the profit for other investment opportunities. Let me know if you intend to sell or rent your property, I would serve to my best ability. Best Regards, J.A.Goh, HP: 96390350  , Email: gohja@singnet.com.sg Read More
