Sorry to bother you.
I have a partnership consists of 2 partners ie 1 partner & I. I plan to buy over from my other partner soon. There will be no change to the business registration numbers with ARCA. The partnership has a tenancy agreement signed in the name of the partnership with both our signatures. My partner will assign the tenancy agreement to me when I take over his shares. If I decide to change the name of the company, will it affect the tenancy agreement? If so, what can I do to continue the current tenancy with the same terms & conditions?
