Good day, my 5 room HDB flat in Woodlands is fully paid and I thought of to sell to profit some cash. Ok Let's say my flat valuation is $450k and I have to set aside accrued interest into my cpf of $100k and have the balance of $350k in cash, can I use the money for downpayment of a condo? Or maybe a Maisonette budget below $600k. Last I checked my OA has around $90k and I'm 53 years old. Thank you.

Afternooon,

Based on your age, the main concern is to understand how much loan you can get. In general, it will be tough for you to get the sufficient loan required for your next purchase. Hence it would be prudent to work on your financial standing before moving forward.

Do feel free to contact me for detail discussion.
