For buying resale Condo,after exercising option, need to wait 10 weeks for completion. What happens on "Completion date"? Do Seller and Buyers all have to meet at 1 location (lawyer's office) ? How about inspection of the property prior to "Completion date". What is the procedure like? Please advise. Thank you!
