following recent curb, many experts predicted that mass mkt condo price may dip 10--30% in next 1--2 yrs.
If a property bought earlier this year valued @1.2m, and according to prediction, price dip 10--20%, 1)wil the bank come after us to pay up the differnece base on newest valuation? 2)is it true to say thousands of property owners who bought houses over last 2 yrs will be affected?
