During 1988,I was only 16 (essential occupier)& with my mum (applicant)(divorced) bought at 3 room first HDB flat, She only received half housing grant (divorced) $4000 and normal balloting to secure our first flat purchase price $48k.We sold It during 1999 for $120k and bought a 4 room resale flat (both as applicants owners)for $220k from open market without grant.
If we apply a new bto now how much she need to pay on resale levy?
To include her in a new purchase will definetly place me as 2nd timer and left out of all priority and grants.
Only to exclude her will I be treated as 1st timer applicant & grant + single grant.
Where HDB encourage children to take care or live together with parent and enjoy grant but in case my case it seem to suggest to left her than will I enjoy the grant & priority.
What do suggest to improve my situation ..
