Due to high market rate, i m still servicng my housing loan ; i dont mind downgrade to a 2Room flat ,hope to use the sale proceed CPF to pay out all.
Can advice? beside , both me n my husband reaching 55 years old. will the money go to Retirement Acc and i afraid we have no CPF left to pay for the future flat...
