Due to bad experience with a lousy agent, I am looking for an agent who believes that it is important to help flat owner to sell his flat at an appropriate price and not just interested in closing the deal fast. Flat is in D19. Agent must have at least 10 years of experience and has made more than 50 successful selling transactions in D19. Please write down the number of successful transactions that you have made in D19 in the past. Thanks.
