Do i need to sell off my 3rms resale flat that i purchased 12 yrs ago in order to book a new launch condo? As my wife and me do not meet the min sum of $61.5k in our OA/SA, we cant use any fund in CPF to make any downpayment.
Do i have to sell it now or can i book the condo and take my time to sell our 3rms flat ?

Hi Alex,

You can still buy the condo now as long you have the 20 or 30% downpayment and keep your flat for the moment.

You would just need sign undertaking with the lawyers you would sell your existing HDB flat 6 months within TOP of the new project to utilize the CPF monies under the minimum sum requirement.
