Dear sirs, I am a foreigner currently working in Singapore. I am looking to buy a private condo worth ~ 1mil in the near future. Please advise on how much cash I would need to fork out for all initial payments (taking into account everything from downpayment, taxes, commission etc). Would greatly appreciate a rough estimate. Thx!

Hi,

Downpayment: 20%
Stamp Duty: 3%-$5400
ABSD: 15%
Legal Fee: approx $3500

All above is based on max 80% loan.
