Dear Sir,
I will like to seek your advice. Recently I have a unit in Blk. 90, Tanglin Halt Road. #09-332, the area is 646,sq.ft. selling for $510,000.00.
Hence, I am very interested in this property but I don't know this is the right price to pay.

Hi Ms Lloyd, it is simple...Just need to furnish these info to the banker and ask for a valuation of the unit. If the valuation matches the selling price of 510k, then it will be the right price to pay considering the remaining lease of this blk is very healthy. I do have a 4room flat unit at Blk 91 Tanglin Halt Road, it is on the 3rd floor, size is 969 sqft and asking only 590k.
