Dear Sir...I am selling my landed property soon and have a few questions to clarify
- what is the agent commission for selling the property, is this negotiable...is it paid by seller
- what if co broke for the property...is the commission shared by the 2 agents
- upon completion of S&P and further transaction..are the monies held by my lawyer or paid directly to me.
- how long is the normal period from S&P to hand over of property.
