Please advise whether there will be any circle line or mrt line running through the Seletar Housing Estates in the near future, within the next 1 to 2 years or at all?

What is the potential value of the landed houses in and around Seletar Estates especially when the new upmarket boutique mall, Greenwich will be developed in the next 2 years or so,
